Putting my work into any AI engine is strictly prohibited.I am allowed to post commissioned work on my social media unless requested otherwise.I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.Prices listed are the base price. Prices may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees.Please give me at most two (2) month max to complete the commission just in case something arises. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile. I’ll provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @lootrajam and Bluesky. On Reddit, please credit lootraa.Please provide visual references and a detailed description. Providing details guarantee satisfaction and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.Payment:Payment is via PayPal only. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the artwork is completed, another invoice will be sent with the remaining balance. This must be paid in full before the artwork is emailed to you.If for some reason you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can offer a refund.In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.Process:Upon starting, I will send progress sketches (and flat colors if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Max two (2) revisions during the sketch stage.Once I receive approval of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point.Upon completion, I will send one final check for your review. Two (2) minor revisions may be requested. More than two (2) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
